I traveled on a train and a bus with my ebike to get serviced. When I got to the shop I was explaining the issue with the gentlemen. They looked at the bike and walked off. Had me sitting their for about an hour to only tell me no. That's all he said. "No" I then asked what do I mean. You didn't do anything and you asked me to bring it up to you. He then went to say No again and waived his hands in the air. It was a waist of time( two hour trip) and money. They were rude and had no consideration of other people time and money. I would tell anybody. If you are looking for a good customer service experience. This is not the place to go. In my opinion their is no appreciation for the customers. They need to realize that we are why they are in business, and some compassion,communication, and appreciation can go along way. They totally dropped the ball with my experience. I'll never go to this place again. I'll learn how to fix the bike myself the support these gentlemen business again.

I had a great experience at this store. Their mechanical and customer service reps are friendly, efficient, courteous and informative. Their prices for servicing, accessories and parts are affordable. I highly recommend this shop to everyone!
