Is this a private beach? And if isn’t,how much $ is the pass?

Weekdays go before 9 and after 5 for free entry. Otherwise it's $37.00 for non Nassau County residents. Weekends it's before 9am and after 6pm

With a leisure pass, it's $13 a car per day.

It's a County Park so the rates vary based on residency. Also, if you have a Nassau county leisure pass it costs less to get in. You can get a leisure pass at the office right next to the entry booths.
