Is there an admission to get in

I was just there this weekend. Had to park on a median (everyone was doing it), but there were no fees. I have a CT plate and didn't get a ticket. Was there from roughly 2pm-6pm. A little crowded but would consider going back

During the day if you want to park in the lot .non residence have to pay .maybe $10 .if not you can park on the street. But its 2 hr parking only and you'll definitely get a ticket
