Good luck with this medical facility! You have to try calling them numerous time 2-3x, after being on hold for long periods of time to even get an appointment. Once you finally are able to get a hold of them to schedule an appointment, you'll sit jn the waiting room for about an hr until you are finally called in by the nurse.after that, you'll wait another 20-30mins for the doctor to come in for a quick 5 min examination. They never emd up finding out what's actually wrong with your child. They just throw a bunch of osteopathic remedies at your kid and hope the symptoms will go away. I have been going there with my child for almost a year and they've never actually helped with anything she had wrong. Every time I had to do research and try to figure it out for myself. None of the things they said to do did anything. Now that I've finally decided to switch her to a different office, I've been trying to get a hold of someone in the office for over a month to try and get her medical history with no luck. I have spoken to them 3 times in the past month (after about 9 attempts to reach them, and NUMEROUS HOURS BEING ON HOLD) and still haven't received it. You just can't win with them. The only thing they have going for them is that they don't mandate vaccines. I decided to vaccinate my daughter after all just to not have to deal with this insane process.

This office and the staff are all wonderful and very knowledgeable. I’ve been going here for the last few years since my son was born and I don’t have any complaints. They are a holistic natural based office so if your looking for someone who believes in finding the cure for your concerns naturally and not covering up the problem with some kind of pharmaceutical then this is the office for you! I see so many negative reviews on here about vaccines and no masks, but guess what, FREEDOM! We live in a wonderful country where we have the option to choose what is best for us. If you have a problem with the way they practice, then by all means.. find a new office that’s in big pharmas pocket! There’s a ton of people on their waiting list that would love to take your place.

It was my first time there today. Everyone that we came in contact with was super sweet. I was so excited to get into this place because I heard so much about it. Well they sure lived up to the hype! I am so thankful to be able to bring my baby here. I know she will be well taken care of here. Thank you Dr. Allison and our intake nurse as well. God bless you all.
