NOT SURE WHERE TO GO I CHOSE BAYBROOK BECAUSE OT WAS VERY CLOSE TO MY HOME.DID NOT WANT TO TRAVEL FAR WITH A STRESSED OUT CAT WHO DOESN'T LIKE A CARRRIER,DOESN'T LIKE THE CAR AT ALL.I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH BAYBROOK AND ALL OF THE STAFF.THEY ARE VERY ATTENTIVE AND CONCERNED FOR YOUR PET'S NEEDS.WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEIR SERVICES AS NEEDED IN THE FUTURE,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BAYBROOK AND IT'S WONDERFUL STAFF. I THANK FATE FOR HELPING ME MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE.

I just got a new cat and Baybrook was recommended to me for his primary care. I tried to schedule his first appointment which was a month out, which was fine. However, they called me about a cancellation and told them I would take it. But when I called to confirm the day of the appointment they told me they never spoke to me about the cancellation and the appointment has already been filled. If this is how unprofessional they are before even seeing my cat, then I will take him somewhere else.

I called and needed a vaccine urgently for my dog due to last min travel, when I spoke with the woman on the phone she was extremely rude, short and wanted nothing to do with us after telling her we weren't current clients. However, we brought our other dog there many times and for years before they passed our two dogs when we were younger. We are local business owners and will no longer be recommending this business. I'm frequently asked while at DogTopia about "the vet next door" and can say with certainty that I will be sure to recommend another vet and to make sure people there are well of the experience. What a shame not to help out an urgent need or at the very least have a positive attitude.
