I got there on an exchange with Interval International,so I think that's mainly a timeshare resort, but they have some inventory that rent by themselves or for the owner. Gulf of Mexico Dr separate the 2 areas of the resort any of them with a small pool. The one facing the beach is better only from 4 units otherwise the location makes no difference. My 2 bedroom 2 bath was a bit old as structure, but very well maintained an all service were efficient. Maybe the TV were a bit old and the internet not a blaze but aside this minor complain no issue at all. There's no safe in the unit. Area is great an with several restaurants close by. Definitely a great choice. They have bikes and umbrella for the guests.

Beautiful, quiet beachfront. Lovely saltwater pool. Free bikes to explore bay and local ice cream shop. My new favorite destination.

We’ve been owners at White Sands for nearly 30 years. I don’t love the new owners of the rental condo as well miss the mom and pop feel of the place. The new owners do take good care of the units and all problems we reported were fixed immediately!

The unit we stayed it has on step which is six inch tall. I did not see ramp on any unit.
Check in is 3pm you don't need beach chairs but beach towels are not provided
