Is the pool open to the public or do you have to be a resident like at bowline point park . Also is there any bathing suit requirements or can I wear basketball shorts.

Pool is open to public. Bathing suits not required. You can also have barbecues there. But now only 200 is the capacity and there is a line to go in the pool because they are allowing a certain amount 50 at a time, in the pool i think. So you would have to wait on line. Wait time could be up to an hour.
