I arrived at 1125 am for an 1130 am after receiving a text to expedite the check in process i sit for 30 minutes and I'm told we'll deal with your issue when we can then they go ahead and attend the 1145 am appointment ahead of me and I'm told to sit and wait...... ridiculous!!!! This was the NANUET LOCATION.

Thank God I found this place! Most labs give horrendous service, but these phlebotomist were able to take multiple vials of blood from my 2 year old with no issue. Thank you!

The automated system used to make appointments is extremely frustrating. It took more that 30 minutes just to make an appointment because the system could not comprehend what I was saying. I wanted to get in touch with a live operator, and the system did not allow me to do so.
