I went to get my eyes/glasses checked a few weeks ago. I asked Dr. Eisner several times during my appointment to check my glasses, but he did not, despite saying he would. He had called in sample contact lenses for me to try and I was to call and update them on how they went. I have called now three times to move forward with getting a different sample and no one EVER gets back to me and the DR. is never in. I spoke to someone today and they told me to just keep calling back until the dr is in? I’ve truly never dealt with such an unprofessional medical office and I would entirely avoid this place.

there is this old lady in the front that is very rude and unprofessional, she very inpatient. She was rushing everyone , the store was going to be open for two more hours. Felt very uncomfortable, she should maybe look into retiring. look out for dark glasses. The rest of her staff was very understanding

Great eye exam service but terrible paper-based booking system. So frustrating trying to get an appointment.

They not expensive.

If I wanted to get some color contacts, what would be the steps and how much would it be?

Hello Stephanie, The first step into getting color contacts would be getting a contact lens evaluation. The doctor has to find the right brand that fits your eyes/cornea. There are many brands and sizes . As far as the price goes, colored contacts can range anywhere from $10 a box to $85 a box. It really all comes down to what brand fits your cornea the best and most comfortable. If you have any other questions you can give us a call at (845)634-0696. Have a great day.
