Their is a narrow path around the lake... But I believe bikes are not allowed.
I think they changed the rules about bikes.
There is a path around the whole lake no designated bike lane
There is a walking path, no bike lane

I saw a sign saying no bike 🚲 riding but people still do it.
Not specifically for bikes, however I do see some people ride the walking paths as well.

There is no dedicated bike lane, but I think bikes are allowed. However, this is a popular spot for joggers and walkers, so a bike rider would be going slowly and constantly yielding to others on foot. Grover Cleveland Park in Caldwell--a few miles (north?) on Bloomfield Ave--is similar, but usually less crowded.
