Am I correct in saying Saturday, April 20th is a regular operating day but Sunday, April 21st, Easter is closed at the sponge docks?

The Greeks celebrate Orthodox Easter which is April 28th. Most stores and restaurants will be open on April 21st

Not sure if the stores will be open but restaurants would be. Best bet would be to go online and look up Tarpon Springs
