Kyle has been nothing short of amazing! He has been so helpful with getting my computer up and running. Instead of trying to up-sell me on a more expensive part, he tried to give me options that would be less expensive but still keep the performance of my device relative. Also the labor cost is more than fair. if you need an honest repair guy to work on your electronics, Kyle is the one you want to go to. I will personally be coming back should I ever need something fixed. He sincerely cares about his clients and isn't just out to make a quick buck!

I haven't had much success at a couple of electronics stores but I decided to try one more and Kyle was able to not only help me solve the issue I was having with my computer but also explained it so simply for me I was able to understand how to fix it for next time. His honesty and patience really was appreciated, especially in comparison to the other places I've been to. I'll definately come back if I have any problems.

Great service! Toby is a pleasure to work with and great at what he does. So nice to have such a helpful and knowledgeable computer store so close. Love the new artwork you have added to your walls. Local artist and all for sale.

Don't be deceived at Computronics. The previous owner Leo was a straight shooter. Honest and competent. However he sold the place to Joe and his band of incompetent thieves. I ordered a custom built computer from the new bunch, thinking I'd get the same quality and service I'd received from Leo in the past. I wish. They charged me $862.79 for a custom built computer which they said had all the latest, fastest best components. However, it never worked right. I took it back for repairs FOUR TIMES within a couple weeks because it wasn't working at all. Each time they said they had fixed it and each time when I got it home it crapped out. Finally, after being quite patient waiting for it to be fixed properly, it became obvious to me that they could not do it. I asked for a refund but they refused. Joe (the owner) is too much a weasel to even return phone calls. I am out over $800 while the piece of junk sits in my garage. I suspect that what they are doing is putting together machines from old junk computers they have on hand and then selling them as new.

Yes Ethernet ports are typically soldered right onto the motherboard...replacements for those ports are very hard to fix and the solfer work is expensive. We usually end up just replacing the board. You do not lose any programs or files after motherboard replacement. Another option is a USB-Ethernet cable, plug into any usb port and you have another working ethernet port
