I was at this restaurant located in the Charlotte airport. The service was Ok but the quality of the food was mediocre and overpriced as all airport food. I agree that airport vendor employees are usually under paid, undertrained and not treated well in general by the vendor.
To be fair, both these comments suggest to.me thst the staff are probably overworked abd underpaid. Shame.
Understood. The first and LAST time I went, the server doubled her tip. I called to dispute my charges with the manager and the manager never called back (although they said they would check on it).
