We were expecting semi-authentic Mexican cuisine based on the atmosphere & menu. The rice was processed, appeared microwaved & flavorless which was a big disappointment. The enchiladas & fish tacos left a lot to be desired. Wait time was also very long for an airport eatery. Bummer that our experience did not go well. Waiter was personable & kind though so that is where to 2 stars come in. The food itself was a one star.

Food was so bland and unseasoned, plus was do expensive for no reason. Only good thing is the wonderful service and people.

I was at the airport for 3 hour layover and had two mixed drinks and a chicken quesadilla and that quesadilla was the best one I've ever had and I've been to a lot of places I don't care about paying $16 and some change for that quesadilla

I was at this restaurant located in the Charlotte airport. The service was Ok but the quality of the food was mediocre and overpriced as all airport food. I agree that airport vendor employees are usually under paid, undertrained and not treated well in general by the vendor.
