Check trailways.com and greyhound .com. May be cheaper just to fly. There are direct flights to and from Wilkes-Barre to New York and Philly.
Days of private transportation what's the van something that takes you from the terminal to New York but I don't know what part of New York where in New York I never wrote it but I heard about it. PS I hope this was helpful for you
There is a Martz bus that goes from DWG to 30th Street Station/Amtrak in Philly. There are Martz buses that go to NYC, Port Authority, & then either city buses &/or trains that will take you to Penn Station (where Amtrak is). Not sure about Harrisburg
