Rich is the best. Extremely informative with no purchase pressure. Did an amazing job on my bike 2x. First was a walk in 10 min and out. 2nd took a while longer but well worth the wait. Definitely seeing me again,

Used to love this place until today. The most rude and unhelpful service ever!! He discovered the issue with my bike and refused to even try to fix it. So when I made suggestions of what could be done, he told me that I could go ahead and try to do it myself. He walked away and left the room in the middle of the conversation. Then the other staff member said he can walk my bike out...So apparently thats how they end a conversation. I'm sorry I thought bike shops who claim to have services like FIXING bikes, actually would try. Or atleast be polite about it and not insult the one I have.

They have Bikes not what Walmart or target call bikes. A real bike is very enjoyable. They usually have some older models for cheap.
