It was a horrible experience! Slapped a diaper om my mom while she was there, so they didnt have to take her to the bathroom. no thyroid medicine for a week, then tells my mom the dr put her on thyroid medicine that she has been on for years. try to give her 2 blood thinners at once. should have been 1 in the morning and 1 at night. didnt give her extra water pill, which eventually cause her to retain 25-30 extra body fluid. that ended her up in the hospital for a week with a constant lasik drip. She was there for therapy which she may have had 2 days before they shut the therapy room down. I tried to address the situations and i was yelled at by a supervising nurse. Very Proffessional. Very dirty and smells aweful. No healthy heart menu. Food not fit for a dog!

I can not say enough great things about the staff! Everyone is amazing and treated me with such dignity and respect! I loved my stay here and would recommend anyone to come here to get the proper care. Love my River View family!
