As you are aware, anti-choice lawmakers approved a "heartbeat" bill in GA attempting to ban almost all abortions. It does not go into effect until 2020. A Preferred Women's Health Center's do not plan on an interruption in our services. We will continue to provide safe legal abortion services for all women! This law is unconstitutional and the ACLU has taken immediate action against the state of GA to defend A Women’s Right To Choose.
Hey Kenyate! A Preferred Women's Health Center will not be stopping abortion services due to the new law going to effect. They simply will modify their protocols to adhere to the new law restrictions. APWHC will still be providing safe abortion care come January 1, 2020.
