Austin the dispatcher for Greensboro NC is truly a amazing person with a amazing heart. My fiance ended up getting sick out on the road and he was so genuine. He was more concerned about my fiance's health then getting a load completed. Me, being the soon to be wife of a trucker , l am always on edge cause anything can happen out on the road. When Chris finally was able to get the day done, I was called to come get Chris from the yard. Austin met me at the gate and we exchanged telephone numbers so he could call and check in with us. Austin called throught out the weekend and checked on Chris. I can say that Austin really cares about his employees and making sure they are safe at all times. I just want to thank Austin for everything he's done and believe he is a true asset to Premier Transportation.
