Its best for you to walk in and ask to see your worker or who ever is in charge of your case. Dont ever wait on phone calls, you wont get them.
They try there best but there always busy and full of people.. You may get better and quicker results if u walk into that location for services.
They did the same thing to me. Go there sit take a # and wait. Tell them u have an emergency situation. They are very slow.
I just moved from Florida and Florida dont have caseworker's. Clayton County never answer your calls or return them. I got in contact with My caseworker supervisor and complained. Then My case worker called back and helped Me and My Family. Call Your caseworker there should be a supervisor number on the answering machine. Thats how I got in contact with the supervisor. If not go back to the Clayton County office and make a big fuss without cursing. I pray all works out for you and your family.
