I'm a new Tenant, and I'm very pleased with my apartment. The apartments has been renotavited , everything works properly in my apartment. I haven't seen not one bug of any kind. It's a quite complex. The grounds are kept up n the kids aren't all over the place. Maintenance is prompt. Ms.Patricia is a good property manager. She's just a little firm when she speaks. But she does an awesome job. My only complaint is that there's lights in the back of the apartments. But the parking lot has spot lights.one on the corner. To dark at night n I don't like coming home with no lights at night in the parking lot.

They are income based.. there Is a waiting list.. you would have to go by the office and see when they are taken applications..

You have to come to the office... its the only waybto be put on the waiting list i was on it for about a 2 years before i got my apartment
