I moved into my apartment a few days ago. The ladies in the office are very professional and they will keep you informed with everything. From emails to calls to scheduling meetings these ladies were on point. Even though my move-in date was not till the 15th Jessica emailed me around the 1st showing her gratitude for me choosing Scarlet place. I explained I needed to move in before the 17th and she made it happen. If you are looking for a place to stay that will communicate with you and fix things properly and promptly this is the place for you Jessica and Asia are the best.

Just wanted to say I’ve officially moved into the neighborhood and the whole step by step process coming into my new place was amazing. Jessica really made the move in smooth. All the staff were very informing and made the move in process smooth. I would definitely recommend coming over to Scarlett place. The apartments are very nice, quite and it feels safe.

Ive lived here for the last 4 year. It was great living here it felt safe once inside my apartment. My car had been broken to on multiple occasions. I told the office and they brushed it off . My car was actually hit a few weeks before i moved out and once again the leasing office brushed it off, i still haven't heard anything. They will fix things , not in a timely manner you'll have to call 4 times and go up there for things to actually be fixed . My roof has been discolored from a leak also 2 years ago, i just stopped asking. Then when i bought it up this year (can they asked when needed to be fixed ) they still never fixed it!! Also its gated, the gates only work sometimes, they are getting better with it tho,( last winter a homeless man was sleeping next to my door when i was leaving out for work , the leasing office didn't care. Just like the shoot out that we had to find out from the news.)I dont like how the universal code is given out so all the residents have it, literally one code to get in the gate . Over all the staff is nice and the neighbors are nice it was an cool place to live, and ill miss

I meet Jessica and she was super nice. That warm feeling you only get from happy people. I also spoke to asia and Katrina. I must say this is one of the most nicest , well put and cutest staff ever. Jessica showed me the website for ventron and gave me pricing ! Great job
