Oh wow... She does my mother hair as well, and we never had this problem before. She does stop to do other peoples heads, if they getting something simple. She has never washed our hair before. I got small box braids and it only took 4 1/2 hours. I love them.

She braided my hair with expressions hair, it looked a mess and still charged me full price. I went back to show her, you can't always do box beside with this hair it's a mess. She only gave me half my money. I will never go back
