My husband was transferred to this place this afternoon and I can't get anyone to answer the phone, is it always like this? And is this place really that bad? He is disabled and now I'm thinking I should take the cops and go get him

I WAS THERE FOR DEPRESSION A FEW YEARS AGO. GET YOUR HUSBAND OUT OF THERE A.S.A.P.! They have a "Dr." that sees you for less than 5 minutes a day. They were also severely cruel to elderly patients, strapping many to reclining chairs while they screamed their heads off! There's a lot more bad stuff about them, but not enough room to write it all here. I am an Honorably Discharged Veteran who has PTSD. They treated like an addict, even though I had no issues with substance abuse. This is a very cruel place, other than the few employees there that actually act like caring humans.

They laughed at my husband when he suggested it, and implied it would make my stay longer. Its worse than prison from what people have told me about prison.

I am currently in the out patient program. They hardly ever answer and they do not return phone calls. The are horrible with paperwork. Go get your husband
