You have to know the ID # of the resident; it is given at admission, so w/o u ID#,
Visitation occurs on certain days but you have to make sure that whomever you visit is allowed to have visitors. If you're bringing clothing, it has to go into their bag. They "lost" some of my daughters belongings and never called back.
