Went to use the workstation. They only have 2 workstations and while I was there, one was out of order. This would have been inconvenient if someone else was there using the station but thankfully that was not the case. Gave an extra star for the location itself is clean/uncluttered, the background music was nice, and the staff was friendly.

Rude customer service here from I believe the manager? (he's the super fat guy who hasn't seen his toes and anything else since high school) snapped at me that he wouldn't take my package due to the sides being pushed in too much as well as while I was waiting in line he went over to help a lady print off a resume and he snapped back at her when she didn't hear his question correctly. Overall he needs to go and make this store much better without him. If he see someone with a stomach bigger than the moon stay away from him as expect to have rude service

Was kinda upset when I asked a question to the worker up front and was greeted with a very dry and cold response. But then hear him flirt with customers walking in asking their age and etc. I’ll just go to another location next time.

The experience at a company can be solely based on the employees level of customer service. I was here about a month ago and the guy had a completely can-do helpful attitude. Unfortunately this time I had to deal with this woman... I don't know her name but she had blonde dreadlocks and everything out of her mouth was can't do/no/extra charge The cashier didn't know anything so she kept referring to the girl with the dreadlocks about everything. I don't even know why she would go and ask her because everything out of her mouth was going to be no negative, we can't do this blah blah blah. Everything out of her mouth. I returned some boxes that FedEx dropped off at my house that was supposed to require a signature but they just left it on my door without ringing the doorbell. I ended up paying $20 for a box . if they would have rung my doorbell I would have refused the delivery. She is telling me that I should have to pay for a label to send it back. Because the company won't know I had it. Well when I didn't sign for the package that was signature required how do they know I have it at all? Go to UPS probably even the Postal Service would be less of a hassle. I definitely will not be coming back to this fedex.

I believe they don't, they offers copying, scanning, printing your documents along with shipping needs. Usually you have to get English version from the office that issued those certificate. Hope it helps.
