Don’t panic! When my daughter was sent to Summit Ridge, I went to the internet to do some research. After reading all the previous statements, I was horrified. Our experience has been opposite. Employees are pleasant and helpful.

My father is suffering from dementia and is there the staff treats family members bad cant get anyone to talk to you it is more like a jail

You must be rich or someone special because no one was treated kindly when I was there 3 months ago. The staff gets kicks out of being condescending and having power over the weak.
