I have never had a problem with getting anyone on the phone at Walmart. I always been courteous and nice and found answers for my questions
You should realize that these people are only doing their job. And all people are not honest. Do you ever watch the news? People go to Wal-Mart and walk out the door with merchandise that is not paid for.
The phone seems to remain each and every I have called as well. Its now 9:44pm, and I just called and as natural the Phone line is "busy"! "Founder Sam Walton", would not be pleased - nor would these things be happening. Furthermore, Dear Sam created the position of "Door Greeter" to be the one to offer you a buggy and say Welcome to Walmart - NOT TO BE part if the Security team and verify purchases against your receipt.
You can forget that unless you ask a manager while you are shopping there.
