It's McDonald's, they serve breakfast all day. Lunch starts at 10:30 but you can order it any time.
Not the best McDonald's. Service is usually pretty bad.

During the week 1030 weekends 11 if I'm not mistaken, all day breakfast menu, like above said.
They start serving lunch at 10:30. They have an all day breakfast menu now.
