Every time I go there something is messed up with my order

Is it normal not to accept credit/debit cards? Is it normal for the lights to be off , entrance and exit and drive thru lane lights? No recept for cash paid. Sign says drive thru open till 12pm! This occurred on 12/11/17 @ 10:53pm.

Please dont eat at this location they young people act just like someone going to Robby them just because someone is on foot wanting to eat and was at motel next door and didn't want to drive car to get a spit buger cause that's what teens do
