Good question because I get the same thing where recently I ordered 2 cheese burgers but got chicken nuggets and a large fry but got a medium this is not the first time they've messed up

Is it normal not to accept credit/debit cards? Is it normal for the lights to be off , entrance and exit and drive thru lane lights? No recept for cash paid. Sign says drive thru open till 12pm! This occurred on 12/11/17 @ 10:53pm.
