Hi Mr. Spearman, We apologize for the confusion with your billing. Our staff has consulted with the billing company and they are resubmitting your statement to worker's comp today. It looks like this was isolated to the particular date of service in question. You can ignore the bill and feel free to contact the billing company with any further questions (256) 970-2679. Thank you!

My name is Randy Spearman I had another billing error with TVPC for treatment I had on my lumbar area that I have been receiving since 2010, once again they billed my medicare instead of my workers comp.treatment date was 12/17/2018 I just today received a bill from TVPC demanding I pay now. Today is 05/01/2019 I have received no other bill before this date.they billed my Medicare once before I went a few rounds with billing, but they told me the way the nurse practitioner wrote it up was the reason for the first time. And I thought they would look into it. I had to make another appointment with another practitioner to get the information straighten out. With no avail. So instead of daily calls to the billing deptment. They would not try to get it right. I ended up paying the deductible out of pocket. But it will not this time. And if I get no satisfaction I will contact my attorney, he has all the court rulings from my workers comp. settlement. they did not have my permission

The only thing I can tell you is to contact Huntsville Hospital, they should be able to take care of the problem. In the meantime call Medicaid and Medicare and tell them what's going on.
