Where is the closest parking?

Sorry to disappoint you but this is New York City where getting parking space on street is a cutthroat battle where normal person don’t have luck.

There's one on the next block South in the middle between Cliff st and Pearl - and Fulton and John. So South of midtown comics make a left to Cliff from Fulton. It will be half way down the block. Best to try and drive only on the weekends or during light times in the middle of the workday or very late in the evening. The closer to rush hour the worse it is

No real real convenient parking in that area of lower manhattan.

There a lot of traffic in the area especially on Fulton and William St.

There's no parking..better off taking the train.

No idea,I'm not a native NYCer . Still easy to get to if you use the subways though
