Does the airport have a "wait" area for picking up passengers?

Cell phone lot right up the street with a indoor bathroom and flight board.

You can pull up and pick them up but you are not allowed to wait there. The parking garage is very convenient and inexpensive. Or you could wait down the street until they call you and say they're waiting outside, then pull up and get them.
