Which side of the entrance is the frontier counter?

Frontier is the first entrance at departures

It could be on the left or right...lol sorry no idea you can see the signs as you drive up to see where to get off at.

First entrance I believe at departing

Left side

As you drive up look for the signs for each of the airlines. Not sure where frontier is located
