If I fly into Jacksonville airport, rent a car and travel into Georgia, am I required to quarantine in Florida? I would be flying from upstate New York to Philadelphia to Jacksonville.

We had no problem when we flew in last week. We did the same thing. Flew to Jax drove to GA then flew back a few days later. Never quarantined.
