We've adopted multiple steps as part of our "safer" reopening designed to keep both our patients and staff healthy. These protocols follow guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and local public health departments. We're disinfecting patient rooms and workstations more often, limiting the number of patients inside the office, requiring everyone in the office to wear masks that cover the nose and mouth, and closely monitoring the health of our staff.
As of 3/15/22, the State's mask mandate expired, so, at this time, we only require non-vaccinated employees and patients to wear masks in the clinic. Masks are still required for both patents and staff in the OR and masks are required of providers on our non-surgical side when they are treating a patient. We will continue to follow the CDC's recommendations and alter our policies as needed.
