I would highly recommend utilizing Obsidian Hr. Amazing PEO company! They really practice what they preach about being proactive in helping me stay up to date on HR support and service. Outsourcing our Payroll, HR, Benefits, WC, and our 401k was the best decision we made for our business.

I thoroughly despise having to write a negative review but I want to warn other small business owners about this company. I have never been bait-and-switched like this in my nearly 11 years of being an entrepreneur. The amount of man hours it has cost me to review, re-review their work and correct their system hours is insane. Yes- they have credited me back for some "fees" but they paid one of my employees $4,500 more in PTO than was accrued, and that's just the beginning! They have sent me to various "account specialists" and "client success partners" but nothing has changed, it is still a disaster. I was looking to lessen my burden in HR and payroll and I stepped into a wasps nest of more work for me and my entire team.

My company moved to Obsidian from another HR company and the transition was a nightmare due to vacation and 401K accruals not being set up correctly upon implementation. I do not recommend this company unless their practices and team members have greatly improved their processes and attention to detail.
