No, there isn't a Visitor Center. The Welcome Center is located next to the Temple where you can find restrooms. Take the stairs or elevator up to the rooftop for a cool view, especially at night.

There is no visitor center, but there is a building to the north that has restrooms and seating space. The roof has a beautiful garden.
