I believe they are. Here is the information I found: Dec. 26-Jan. 31. The tree drop-off site is located behind the Central Park office off Chesapeake Street. Call the Park Office at (717) 299-8215 for more information, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
