I was tested on 10/9 at Bradley International Airport and told I'd be notified in 24-48 hours via email of my covid results. It has now been 96 hours, no notification and Genyses Lab is not answering their phone. What gives? Will I ever hear?

So upsetting ! So unprofessional! Please do not promise a quick turnaround for results if you cannot deliver! My husband & I traveled out of state due to a family necessity & did so based on this testing promise at Bradley. Now we cannot return to our essential jobs because we are still awaiting test results 48hrs & counting. Per the customer service our results are “done” but not yet emailed & cannot be resulted over the phone!!

Same. Tested on 10/12, now 10/19, no email results. I managed to get through on the phone (they send it straight to the full voicemail box when they're busy). She said a machine broke down the weekend of the 9th and they were backlogged. She also confirmed all my info in the system was correct, but at this rate, their customer service is unacceptable. No excuse. BDL should remove them from that location immediately.

Same results here. Needed it for work, got tested somewhere else. No one answering the phone. Sent them an email so I guess we'll see
