Horrible company,,will fire with no reason for termination. I know what goes on with boss and young coworkers so I needed to be removed.

Smooth and efficient testing at Bradley Airport. Received my results within 48 hours. Only reason for 4 stars is that I received a bill for the test 9 months later because I apparently wrote down my insurance member number incorrectly. 9 months is far too long to process a bill. Also, I reached out to them via messaging on their billing site and did not hear back after two weeks. Had to call their office directly to correct the bill situation.

THIS COMPANY IS A MOCK AND REAL SCAMMERS. I DID MY TEST LAST MAY 14TH, 2022 AND TODAY MAY 18TH,2022 HAD NOT RECEIVED MY RESULTS.

Would of given ZERO stars but that can not be done! Husband is an essentail employee for city. He rec'd an email stating COVID results are in. Went to website and it does not recognized acct, email or password. Can not reset, says email is inncorrect but it the same email they used to say results are in. Waited almost an HOUR on hold but no one picked up! Used automated support online 8 times today and still no contact from anyone!!!

I was tested on 10/9 at Bradley International Airport and told I'd be notified in 24-48 hours via email of my covid results. It has now been 96 hours, no notification and Genyses Lab is not answering their phone. What gives? Will I ever hear?

Same! It's been well over 48 hours and I have no contact whatsoever. Very disappointing.

We were tested Friday evening at Harford Bradley Airport; on Sunday evening, we got links to complete our registration to obtain our results, but the "results" were blank. Can you tell me what's going on?

Yes. I talked to a gentleman named Dan and he was very polite and understanding. He gave me direct number to Geneysus. I called and the girl who answered phone looked me up and said that the results were in and going to email them right over. First ...why the hell wasn't that already done. Second..she told me that over an hour ago.. Geneysus diagnostics... Horrible...Don't even bother using them for testing. Save yourself ALOT of headache..

if i have had a test at Bradley do i need tro reregister if i need another test? how do i register my wife for the test ahead of time

You don't need to register again as you are already in the system. You can register your wife at labfinder.com/Bradleyairport
