I would suggest having and adult with you. But if you are trusted by your parents that would be there call. And there are times where they specified that children under 14 are not allowed

I'm a middle age adult & would love to skate again, but it's hard to have practice time during regular schedule times. Would you consider having morning hours on the weekends for my age group who want to skate for exercise or practice?
