I agree poor customer service got the run around on delivery dates!! finally asked to speak to a supervisor from delivery/wharehouse? dept and got my date moved up 5 weeks delivery was fine!
True, they have serious customers service problems. (A few in the office). They will force people to open new charge accounts, that already have one. Because ours was opened in another store, they opened one anyway. They must make money for opening accounts, whether or not you want one.
I agree this by far is the worst ashley store there is. I was told that I couldnt even speak with a manager about a complaint and I would have to complain to corportate so I am doing that if any one has ideas to get to my voice heard please help me.
