We used furniture plus for flooring. The company THEY hired for install was horrible. The tile is extremely unlevel. They treated our knew home like garbage. Removing screens from windows to pass tile cuts threw, ruining not only the screen but the carpeted areas of our home as well. The contractors would rarely show up and if they did they only worked for a few hours and left. A 14 day job turned into 5 weeks. We were out of our home and had to pay for this. Furniture Plus takes no responsibility in their actions.

Id never heard of Furniture Plus until we went shopping for a leather couch in Scottsdale. Wow the price was more than liked, so I did some web shopping and found the same brand at this store in Mesa. Its an hours drive from my home and not fancy, but it was well worth it. Not only did I get a better price, but I got terrific, efficient and very friendly service. This is family business and not a big corporate store like Kierland. Even the delivery team was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.
