This is not a question, just a statement. My mom has been coming to the Hanover Planet Fitness for over a year now, and is very upset each time she leaves. The employees working the desk are very rude & not customer friendly at all.

I'm not trying to be rude, but if she feels that way then why has she put up with it for over a year? Maybe she should tell them how she feels and maybe they will do something about it.
