You can call or stop in the bowling center and ask. They have various leagues and I am sure they have something you can join. The staff are great there!
It depends on the day. Friday nights I believe is the only time bowling day. The other days you pay by the game.
They generally are in the evenings. Their children's and senior leagues were in the mornings, but otherwise evenings. They have some on the weekends but mostly during the week.
Just call ahead and make sure they don't have a big league night for the time and day your looking at
