In addition to my last post, due to the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the employees my mom will be canceling her membership, going to planet fitness is her time to relax but she leaves there feeling disrespected and even more stressed.

Can you try the gym before you commit?

I think they are all very nice and am curious as to what could possibly have happened that they could be considered rude? I've had a membership there since they've pretty much opened and they have all been very kind and helpful.
