Does western beef ever sell ox tails not frozen ? and ,why such Big chucks with so much fat. Need to trim off more fat.

Yes. They sell ox tail... not frozen.. the butcher can cut to your liking. .

Yes they do. The butchers in the freezer area will cut it to your liking.

They do just go into the freezer and ask them for oxtails and ask them to trim off some of the fat
