As they say they are fresh, for me the coolest would be "alive" thanks for replying
I'm not sure how accurate the above answer is, because if you're talking about the Farmers ones that are seasonal, those are only meant to be used for organic produce. They usually give you a list of the places and dates that those markets become available. So just be sure to show them and ask before you try to make your purchase.
